Research doesn't always take the place of experience

After careful consideration, we adopted a rescued german shepherd puppy. We named her Annie.

We did everything right, even had how to raise a puppy book written by the Monks. We were pumped. We were set. We picked her up yesturday @ 9 am.

In less than 24 hours, we discovered we were both allergic to her. In fact, it was in the middle of the night. We had to take her back this morning.

Annie is a lively, lovely, sweet 9 wk old german shepherd puppy. She is going to make someone a wonderful dog.

David and I are going to make a wonderful home for....a cat...no, David is allergic to cats....Maverick...no he needs to stay at the ranch...pot belly pig...no, birds, no, ferrits, no, spiders, probably, june bugs....every year, crickets, no.

The only animals that will be running around our house will be each other and our cool family and friends....and that is ok with us.

I wish you a warm hello and welcome to my family news.
