Sea Turtle, Inc. on South Padre Island

We visited The Sea Turtle, Inc. and had a really good time learning about turtles. We adopted a hatchling and called her......are you ready for this....robin :) We are certain she will be the one out of about 350 hatchlings that make it back to the island as an adult.

David and I wanted to see the release of baby turtle hatchlings while on the South Padre, but Mother Nature had other plans. There is plenty of hatchling season left this year and we will try again.
